Frequently Asked Questions

The list of conditions below is not exhaustive and if your problem is not listed, contact us to find out if we can help: Neck and Back Pain, Disc Problems, Sciatica, Shoulder Pain, Rotator Cuff Injuries, Bursitis, Tendonitis, TMJ and Jaw Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, SI Joint Pain, Frozen Shoulder, Knee Pain & Arthritis, Myofascial Pain, Pregnancy-related pain, Repetitive Stress and Overuse Injuries, and any movement or mobility problem.

After years of practicing in the traditional health-care system, Dr. Page started Movement Physical Therapy & Spine so he could do what he was trained to do: work for you, not an insurance company! He was tired of insurance dictating what he could or couldn’t do for his patients, rather than doing what was needed.

Therefore, no, we are not contracted with any insurance provider, which gives us full autonomy for providing care to every one of your specific needs. For our services you simply pay us directly.

We accept all forms of payment, including FSA and HSA accounts and can assist you in understanding your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy.

You may be able to submit for reimbursement for Physical Therapy services and receive 40-80% of the cost back from your insurance company.

We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach to care, so frequency of appointments varies from person to person. Some people are seen as often as 2 times per week, and others 1-2 times per month. It really depends on your individual needs and goals. With that said, our average patient is seen between 6-12 total visits.

One. Period.

You will never be double booked! You will always be seen by yourself with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You will never be passed from provider to provider. This is the only way to provide you with the care you deserve.

No, a referral is not needed to be seen. Physical Therapy is a conservative, non-invasive approach that in many cases can resolve pain and increase mobility without the need for further medical intervention. It’s time for a new approach to treatment!

No, not necessarily. While historically this has been the approach, recent studies show that early access to physical therapy–rather than delayed access due to extended wait times for a physician’s referral–results in lower costs, earlier return to work, and greater patient satisfaction.

As Doctors of Physical Therapy, we are trained to screen for injuries and disorders which fall outside our scope of practice and will refer you out to other medical providers as needed.

So let go of the old approach and allow us to be your first line of defense and go-to provider for all muscle, joint, and nerve pain!

Our business was founded with the primary goal of being different from the traditional approach. But don’t take our word for it. Click here to read some testimonials from patients who wondered the same thing before working with Dr. Page.

Yes, we do! We want you to feel confident in your choice to invest in your health and work with us! ANY and ALL treatment you receive at Movement PT & Spine is covered by a full “Love It Or Leave It” Money Back Guarantee. That means, you leave completely satisfied with the care you receive from us, or you DON’T pay for it.

We also have a “3 Visit Policy.” That means that if you’re not seeing progress within the first 3 follow-up sessions, we will refund any remaining balance on your plan of care and do whatever we can to find you the right provider within our network of local specialists.

Imagine you have the power to control your pain, stiffness and ability to do your work or daily activities.

You will not have to spend endless amounts of time in therapy. You will not need to buy or use expensive equipment. You will not have to rely on medications, injections or surgery.

“As the owner of Gracious Living ADHCC and a dementia practitioner I work with the disabled and seniors daily. I need my arms and shoulders in order to assist them with activities of daily living. For a month I had very limited use of my shoulders and right arm. I thought if I waited it out it would get better but it was only becoming work. Dr. Dallin Page was able to quickly assess and prescribe exercises and therapies that rapidly assisted with healing and increasing my range of motion for my frozen shoulder. I felt stronger and had no pain after only a few sessions with Dr. Page. I am so happy I found him! Thank you!!!”

“I have seen a handful of different physical therapists, sports massage therapists, chiropractors, and an acupuncturist for different sports injuries including back, hip, and knee pain. Dr. Dallin has provided by far the best treatment of anyone I have visited. He gives undivided 1on1 treatment for the entire visit, and he provides you with customized solutions and exercises that treat the root issue of your pain. I truly feel like he is on my team, listens to me, and provides me with the exercises that I need to feel better. I highly recommend him!”
